    As indicated on your Online Subscription form, your account is set up on a MONTHLY BASIS OF $10.00 (OR YEARLY BASIS OF $100) that is charged to your credit card at the initial set up of account and the beginning of each month (or year) thereafter. By submitting the Online Subscription form, you agree to the terms of the contract set out above, and the terms regarding cancellation below.

    It is the designer's responsibility to cancel this account to ensure unwanted monthly (or yearly) charges. In order to cancel this account, you must send written notification of your desire to cancel your account to Design Online, either by e-mail to bwilliams@designonlineinc.com, or by facsimile to (936) 273-2196, attention Beverly Williams. If you are on a monthly contract, you will be billed through the last day of the month in which you send written notification. If you are on a yearly contract, you will be billed through the year in which you send written notification.

    The venue for all disputes regarding this agreement shall be in Montgomery County, Texas.
