Description: LEATHER HIDES Leathermen's Guild offers a wide variety of leather styles in more than 300 colors in both fully finished and unfinished articles. All of the leathers are top grain and of excellent quality. We are happy to send swatches for your consideration but need some direction as to color and application. It is important for you to see and "feel" the leather before you make a final selection. The average leather hide is about 50 square feet in size but since this is a product of nature the size and shape varies. You should figure about 19 square feet of leather per 54 inch plain fabric yard. This includes waste normally encountered in cutting for automotive or upholstery. There is no upcharge for half hides but cutting to specific sizes and/or pattern does involve extra cost. Please call for special needs.
